Great hotel, luxurious . Great facilities . Friendly staff but slow service at breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t 5* and I found the menus for lunch and dinner limiting.

Fantastic hotel, out 5th visit. Been a few times since it changed to adult only & it’s fantastic. Have definitely improved with the service at pool, much more staff and they were absolutely excellent always checking to see you are ok & if you would like anything would like to say a big thank you to them. Also good that you can have your lunch at sunbed now. Also staff at breakfast were lovely.

Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel

The location is amazing, a castle in the mountains of Mallorca about 20 minutes drive from Palma. The view is splendid, the staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with waiters serving local freshly squeezed orange juice. The swimming pool and the spa area were also very nice. The best thing, however, were the beds and mattresses. Slept like a baby in the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel room.

The hotel & facilities were beautiful. Our room was delightful with a large terrace. The views overlooking Palma superb. The breakfast was exceptional. All the staff we encountered during our stay were 1st class, professional, very helpful & friendly. The recommendation for a restaurant in Palma was excellent.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views over the bay of Palma. Exceptional service and cleanliness in general only let down by a couple of staff. Loved the Sunday afternoon DJ at the pool but don’t let this put you off as she played music that was appropriate for the hotels clientele from all parts of the world. Breakfast was fantastic.
